The Bowdle City Finance Office is moving to a new location!
Beginning Monday, October 27, the Finance Office and the red utility payment drop box will be located at:

Please note this new address for all in-person visits and drop box payments. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this transition.

City of Bowdle – Finance Officer Position
The City of Bowdle is accepting applications for a full-time Finance Officer. This position is responsible for the city’s financial management and day-to-day administration. Duties include budgeting, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, utility billing, records management, council meeting preparation, and general office operations. Office hours are Monday–Thursday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
Health, Dental, Vision insurance and South Dakota State Retirement are available. Wage is hourly, based on experience.
Applicants should be organized, self-motivated, and have experience in accounting or office administration. Municipal experience is a plus. Must be bondable.
